Mr. Cordell practices in both the litigation and prosecution sections of the firm. Mr. Cordell has handled matters involving complex contract disputes, trade secret misappropriation, various business torts, and intellectual property in the oil and gas sector.
Mr. Cordell graduated with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he studied subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Cellular Biology, Genetics, Ecology, and Evolutionary Biology. Mr. Cordell also graduated with a minor in Business Management.
At Tulane University Law School, Mr. Cordell served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal, and also served as a justice on the Tulane Honor Board. Mr. Cordell graduated cum laude, with a certificate in Environmental Law. Mr. Cordell’s prior work experience includes oil and gas, environmental consulting, and public policy related to energy and wildlife management.
