Gavin J. Giraud has a diverse background in both Physics and Japanese. While studying at Brigham Young University, Gavin participated in research projects focused on the generation and use of laser harmonics. That experience serves as a foundation for his current practice prosecuting patent applications for companies and individual inventors across a variety of technologies. Gavin has previously held positions with Boise State University, the law firm Zarian, Midgley and Johnson (which has subsequently merged with Parsons, Behle and Latimer), and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Giraud joined Matthews, Lawson, McCutcheon & Joseph, PLLC in August 2015. He is currently married and has two children.
