Terry McCutcheon leads the firm’s Intellectual Property Prosecution department, encompassing all aspects of intellectual property law. Terry is broadly experienced in national and foreign patent filings, including applications related to oil field and off shore technologies, medical devices and procedures, and computer hardware and software. Her significant litigation experience –focused on the enforcement of patents, trademarks and copyrights—enables Ms. McCutcheon to provide reliable counseling on validity, patentability, and non-infringement opinions, licensing and technology transfer, trade secret protection and joint development agreements.
Prior to her legal career, Ms. McCutcheon cemented her scientific background with more than a decade of experience in healthcare administration and served as Assistant Vice President in the Office of the Executive Vice President at the world-renowned M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
